3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Profiles and User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By posting content, you grant MyParinayam a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Includes photos of another person without their consent.
• Contains sexually explicit, violent, or hateful material.
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Solicits money, financial assistance, or commercial services from other members.
• Contains personal contact details intended to bypass the platform's messaging system.

All uploaded photos are subject to manual review. We reserve the right to reject or remove any photos or profile content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other members.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the platform using automated tools.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Using the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or multi-level marketing.
• Discriminating against users on the basis of religion, caste, gender, or disability in a manner that violates applicable law.
• Sharing contact information of other members without their express consent.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

MyParinayam offers free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a Premium plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

For billing disputes, please contact support@myparinayam.com within 30 days of the disputed charge.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MyParinayam does not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• Any member profile information is accurate or verified beyond our stated verification process.
• Using the Service will result in a successful match or marriage.

We strongly encourage members to exercise caution, conduct their own due diligence, and involve family members when progressing any relationship formed on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyParinayam and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, relationship outcomes, or financial losses.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be deactivated and removed from public view. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other members, without prior notice and without any refund obligation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
